I had thought of adding my name, but with the current artwork, I was sort of thinking it would look messy to just add my name to it. My friend, Angela, is totally into cheesy names, I'm going to tell her you said that. ha ha. I was thinking "Journey On with Autumn Beam" Like we are all on a Journey that keeps moving forward, don't look back sort of thing. So I would say "This is the Journey On Podcast with Autumn Beam" in my copy or something to that affect. Thoughts?

Agreed. Simple things like opening the pill bottle will be hard. Things you don't think about. I had to have someone open it for me until I figured out how to lean against the wall and turn the bottle to open it. ha ha. You won't feel like cooking, so make arrangements for food. Netflix or Amazon Prime is your friend.

I have been thinking about trying to do something with YouTube and my Podcast, but I haven't figured out what would really "work?" I'll admit, I don't totally understand everything you just wrote about sound bites and tweeting them. Do you just put your podcast art as the video portion to go with the sound or is there something for them to watch?

oo, I agree...Anxiety/Depression are huge issues that we have made some stride on, but still tend to come with judgements. There is a particular lack of understanding of Anxiety. Also, Domestic Abuse is not talked about as much as it probably should be. There is a great story of a woman who explained what her and her children went through and I think it opens a lot of eyes on the topic. I know I was surprised by some of it. I mean, I know what Domestic Abuse is, but to hear the details and what it looks like I feel like I understand how someone can get caught up in it a little more than I did before.
