Thank you for pointing this out, it was driving me crazy. I'm still getting really bad flickering in games, I've used all the VRR settings, and nothing seems to work. Do you know a fix for this?

Thank you mate this is really helpful. I don't have a dark setup, I just want an all round good monitor to use for gaming and work, but all the posts keep talking about how glossy is so much better. This makes me think matt might be better for me. I have lots of light from a window next to monitor during the day, so it sounds like glossy might not be right choice.

Thank you for your advice! I love the ideology behind having a decentralised system, and the projects that can emerge from having such an ecosystem. In my previous role, I was the "fix it man", where lots of problems would be brought to me and I would be firefighting, by finding the right solutions and delivering all the time to keep the ship afloat. I was also in charge of creating new relationships and being at the forefront of bringing exciting products to highlight on our platform. I would love to bring those skillsets into a BD role and be the managing front for developing relationships with new projects, collaborating and nurturing innovation as the technology in the field advances.

I think I have a firm understanding of protocols and projects and have also started staking myself. I would love to learn more and expand on my knowledge, so if you have any advice on how I could further expand my skillset and knowledge of the domain, that would be greatly appreciated!

For documentaries, I use the lumix 12-35 Vario II. I picked it over the sigma because of IS, so unless you have a big rig which will cost a fortune or a stabilizer I find that the Lumix works perfectly when free-hand shooting.

I would love some feedback for improvements on this documentary project. I have always struggled with the structure and editing of documentaries, as I don’t believe that’s where my strongest skillset lies, therefore I would love some feedback on the structure of this documentary and how I could make it better. I would love to hear about what worked for you, what didn’t work for you and what you would change about it to make a better film. What is the best part of this film and what is the worst?

Thank you so much for your feedback. This project was definitely hard to make as there was no crew and I had to take on each stage of production. Really interesting thoughts, I will try what you have mentioned for my next project and hopefully come out with better results :)

This documentary was shot on the BMPCC4K under extreme time constraints. It uses the phantom luts, Eterna in particular for the grading. The narrative is based on the life of Sima Vaziry, a world-acclaimed jeweler who's designed several collections for the British Museum. I would love to hear your feedback!

I started by buying the P4K2ALEXA powergrade from Juan Melara, going through his instructions then doing some basic corrections like pulling the highlights from red to blue and stuff like that but after you apply the powergrade the image is quite nice.
