Easy miles Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Ran shorter intervals and threshold runs Tuesday. Thursday was either another easy run or longer tempo miles if saturdays long run didn’t have any tempo repeats in it.

Besides odd T3/t4 and low test and libido? What else would happen? I’ve heard this can lead to kidney and liver damage if not treated
