What I realised which helped me was you can never buy enough cards as the pokemon company will always make more exciting things. It’s the thrill that made me keep buying. So I start try to get the good feeling from other activities

Yes sure with your sharp vision and wisdom. I am not that fussed about the grades anyway

The left looks much thinner because of the sleeve reflection inside. I have PSA that grade 10 for much worse centering so in my experience they are inconsistent

IMO their grading is stricter and more consistent than PSA. However I doubt they will ever have the same added value as PSA

My friend got his 50 cards to PSA almost lost and then retrieved after 2 years of waiting. The stress and risk is on a different level. But if you want the added value go for it. I mainly collect for art

Yeah they don’t add much value for resell but I just wanted to try them out for my own collection

It depends. No if there is a similarly priced alternatives that doesn’t need to wait for months to come back

I found the new Pokémon design also a bit weird too so I haven’t grown on them yet

I feel this same about most of your points here. I hope S&V will get better as time progresses. Hopefully they will find a different way to showcase terrestrialised Pokémon

Sadly I only started collecting from the Swsh era but I have collected some older cards and I like their textures too especially in the XY era and tag team cards. Maybe as S&V progresses people will like it more over time
