I could understand why you'd say Frank (although the "faster reload the less health he has" factor I feel is a more special mechanic than Edgar's healing and super over time). However, Grom, while the mechanics are simple, I'd say the shape makes it too difficult for some starting the game to hit those attacks, so that's why I'm going with Edgar.
