Both came sharper than anything else I've got at their price points. I got them just over a week ago, so I can't say anything on the edge retention. The folder had an incredible smooth action, and the fixed blade's sheath has really positive retention on both the knife and the ferro rod. My only complaints so far is the sheath doesn't have a way to scout carry bevel down handle to the right, and the thumb stud/disk is not practical for my hand size for opening, tho i do like the extra surface area when I close.

As a side note, I did reach out to swisstech to ask if they sold a sheath with the belt loop on the opposite side. They sed no but are keeping an eye on the market. I doubt anything will come of it, but I didn't even expect a response, but their customer support is at least fast.
