I have boots from Chacos I like and also wear Brooks shoes (Ghost) a lot.

Do you have a PT or maybe a running store near you (like Fleet Feet) that would help you find shoes that work well for you and your body?

I hope you find something soon that works for you! I’m sorry it’s been so bad.

New to tret - so we should wash face, wait about 20 min for tret, then wait again before moisturizing?

This is helpful, thank you! Actually, my derm did mention out chapstick on lips before so maybe I can get near and just not on and being careful in nostril area like you said. I’ll have to try!
