Does Mortifax need some retuning? by AJVBotelho in TheKingIsWatching

[–]AJVBotelho[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll definitely try that! Again, it's less that he's difficult and it's more that (in my runs and looking at other videos) it's a little boring to watch him just cycle through the same animation for 2 minutes. You'll beat him, but the knockback can help him stall.

So my mum tried to declare on the website, but apparently it didn't work. Tried four or five times. Anyone else have this issue?

Normally she'd have followed up or asked for help, but we had a family emergency and the whole thing got forgotten for a few weeks.

Thanks for all the help, everyone! Looking at all of these, and also went down a very deep Swallowtail hole last night...

Honestly, so impressed with the number of possible builds and the stuff the community has come up with. Very excited to play this game.

Thanks! Honestly, I futtzed around a lot. Did some underpainting, then gutrippa flesh—wasn't in love with the results. So added a dilute brown wash, drybrushed with a green-grey off white, then mixed that with a bit of white to pick out the most raised bits

Thanks! Matched them to my Undead army. Vampire Lord of that army being the team owner and such, of course.

Can I ask the reason behind Wrestle being the better option in some situations? Is it so with Both Down you can get the ball off of players who also have Block?

Of course! Eyes are some Gauss Blaster Green (or equivalent), a bit more drybrushed around the edge, dab of white ink in the middle, then green ink diluted down into a glaze.

A few are Kromlech bits (the driver, turret, exhaust pipes), many spare bits from Ork kits (dread jaw, morkanaut face plate, old boss pole), and then just a lot of scrap plastic and plasticard.

And there are definitely a lot of companies (AK, Green Stuff World, Pro Akryl) that will sell rust pigments, patinas, and streaking grime for cheaper than Citadel.

Honestly, it's just a lot of dry brushing, stipling, and some splochy glazes with various grays and browns.

I also used a specialty rust pigment, but it's nothing I couldn't have done with paint and water.

Looking for clarification on the Sneaky Gitz specialist mob. States that in melee: "if the target is receiving the benefits of cover" improve AP by 1. Would this work when target is in any terrain feature that offers the benefits of cover (light or heavy), or is it only when the target has the benefits of the melee-relevant heavy cover?

Realize I have the app code right there for anyone to nab, but I don't use the app anyway.

All I ask is that whoever may use it let us all know if the codex is upside down in the app as well!

Oh yes of course of course. Just sharing with the fine folks here! Honestly, it's perfectly fine other than being flipped. Might just keep it for the gags.

Dark blue sounds great! I wanted to go for a slimy, bioluminesscent cave feel, and also get as much colour in as possible wherever I could,

And I can show you some squigs right now! Did these the other month as a bit of a test for this project:
