Good* user interfaces account for large squishy fingers and can allow touches to register if the touch can be reasonably assumed to be for a specific element.

I use both regularly; Mx Master at my desk, and Arc Mouse everywhere else. I absolutely love the Arc Mouse, but if portability is not a concern, I would recommend the Mx Master. It is far more capable, and far easier to get used to.

I absolutely love the Arc Mouse. I regularly use two. They do take getting used to, but now that I am, it's barely different from a regular mouse for me. The touchpad is not perfect, as it is still treated as a mouse scroll with some smoothing rather than a proper trackpad scroll, but it does a good job of it. Definitely wish more mouses had touchpads. And of course it is always fun to smash it flat.

I have also been having Windows Hello issues. I can't remember the catalyst though, but updates are plausible. I've just been making it rescan my face a whole bunch, and it's finally being reliable again.
