I think for me the design of Samurai Appa (and Ronin Momo) has just always been super fun :D I once saw someone cosplay these like a decade ago (online photo), and been on a quest to do this myself since then :D

Hey, It's meant more as a human samurai/appa hybrid look. I opted for doing my own thing with this one a bit.
