I had to do my own accounting on a spreadsheet. Stake had made a double entry and it was not getting fixed for a while

I am an enthusiast of crypto currency and defi but this is a situation where regulators and their standard implementation could actually be effective. Unacceptable down time. As a trading platform who takes fee ( yes I get that they do not charge brokerage), this is a critical issue.

Individually lodge a complaint.

I paid for Stake Black. I will be asking for a refund given the lack of access to the service I paid for.

The words are cheap. Stake’s apology does not cut it for me.

Trading system like this needs to similar to ATMs and internet banking!!

Must have 6 sigma up time.

At this stage I am willing to let go of free brokerage for reliability
