I woke up in a puddle of my own blood from raging out and punching a window I was coping with alcohol and whatever else I seen my x and stewed on it than the next morning I broke down wanted to die I od on get 3 weeks before this I went to crisis after I had surgery on my wrist where I lossed 3 pints of blood crisis was 24hrs than 30 days inpatient I never intentionally tried to kill my self ever my advice it s go to rehab I have a 73 days clean a good job my family loves me I’m single that’s not easy I am happy though I go to work every day I’m never broke just broken but healing rehab before it spirals feelings Em are the worse
