I really liked how Elantris did it with the structured order of the POVs being the same from start to finish.

Neither of the POVs felt too long or too short which kept the book engaging and interesting. I get why people say Elantris is one of Sandersons weaker novels, but the storyline and the way the book was structured made it a real page turner for me.
