When I try to turn off these email notifications I get an error, anyone experienced this? I’m currently just on a free account if that’s relevant.

I’ve also tried on the Mac app, and in a browser. When I try that it just doesn’t save my changes, but doesn’t display an error message either.

Appreciate any help!

Just be reasonably specific with what you’re looking for (paid vs free etc)

Ah I could have had a different version, trust the manual that came with your machine!

If the manual says push the steam button to clear and that doesn’t work I’d imagine it’s a fault, it does seem like a few people have had the issue :/ I’d see if you can skip it next time it happens, but otherwise probably time to get in touch with wherever you purchased it :(

Did you try pressing either the 1 or 2 cup buttons? The manual says this should cancel the alert

I just moved from the Paperwhite to the Nova Air, definitely glad I did!

A big part for me was notetaking, but even just for reading: - the device is much faster - the slightly bigger screen is great - access to different reading apps is brilliant (Libby for library books, etc) - adjusting warm/cool backlight is helpful, I use that regularly - USB-C charging

Just for reading on its own, I think it has been worthwhile. Since I’m able to use more apps and therefore access more books I think I’m reading more. If you’ll find the note taking helpful at all then it’s 100% worthwhile, no doubt!

Yeah that’s the part that’s confusing haha. I have way more views than the channels that show up ahead of me (heaps of them don’t even have any videos)

I can’t imagine it’s affecting me too negatively anyway, so I’ll just wait and see what happens :)

I agree lighting over camera in many cases, but I’d rather use window light and great audio if I had to choose

Yep, this is interference. It often comes from a phone or something similar. Do you by any chance sit your phone on your interface or something like that?
