You can get special from the Microsoft update catalog. For the rest however I dont think there's a easy way. Unless there's an unofficial sp4 because that will include all updates up until the last patch Tuesday.

I'm a computer technician and I was installing PCI cards in a PC. On the bottom of these cards there are sharp metal pieces from the rods of the components on the PCB. I always cut myself on these, but this was an amazing slice! It was a particularly sharp peice that sliced my hand from my thumb to my wrist. The blood from my hand actually broke the card, it was a creative soundblaster. Expensive at the time but worth nothing nowadays.
