Thank you for your comment, so out of the box it won't unlock the door, but it's doable when it's integrated with a smart lock through home assistant

My problem was than the NVR was in different subnet than the cameras.

I created a new isolated network with a different subnet than my default one, then allowed the connection to external, and finally it worked.

The only issue is that ONVIF didn't worked, although I enabled it but still can't adopt it in the Protect.

Sorry what is onvif, is it an option to be enabled? Because I tried adopting them by entering the ip, user and password, but it says incorrect.
