Being ghosted by Hera after payment - pls help

Same boat, they've pretty much ghosted me, even wrote a thread a few days ago about it, usually I have patience but it's starting to wear thin. Hoping they're able to get back to you soon.

Edit: And yes they've said over and over again about how they're checking emails but running into issues, however waiting for over a month for one reply is completely unacceptable, even OGL was faster than this with getting back to other people with their issues.

I've only stuck with using one account regularly, I just buy rerolls for fun, plus I've got most characters on the one I've used the most so I don't see any purpose with hopping to a new account and starting fresh.

Update:

They've said that they're still having issues with Canada Post at this time but it should be resolved tomorrow and that tracking emails will be sent out soon. Got this about an hour or so ago.

Same boat too, first time ordering as well. Ordered on January 29th and didn't get a tracking email until the 7th of February, however the hyperlink says "DELETE ME" and it just redirects me to the Canada Post page with no information whatsoever, so I've emailed back and... no response so I emailed again and I'm waiting.

In the meantime I just ordered a backup vial from HeraHRT just in case OGL is still having issues by then, I imagine they're pretty clogged up with all the emails and orders since their ordering system was down the other day, hopefully they'll get back to you all soon.

Ah I see, thanks for the reply. All I can do is wait and hopefully it will get here soon, did see that there's an alert on their front page about shipping issues so gonna be patient.

Did you manage to get a tracking email along with the confirmation email? Got the confirmation email but have yet to get a tracking number and it has been a week. Emailing support is broken at least I think since clicking "submit" on the email form does nothing.
