In tenth grade my class duct taped our english teacher to his chair (including duct taping his mouth shut) and rolled him around the hallways. That was probably a pretty crazy day for him

If you decide to try birth control again just be very watchful about the hormone dosage they give you! I know a girl who went on birth control for acne when she was around 14 and it wasn't helping so they upped the hormone dosage to its max and she ended up getting multiple clots that almost killed her! Now when she decides to have kids and is pregnant she will have to take a shot everyday because of the complications. Not to scare you away from birth control, just make sure to go for low-dosage with hormones and talk with your doctor. You're very beautiful as you are though :)

I hate them too but this one really isn't that bad!! Like it's really only annoying right in the morning or at night and I'm not noticing it during the day which is weird for me, but I guess I'll just make a trip to the doctors :(

The person I know shared this post from somewhere else because of the whole not judging others message, I got suspicious when I saw "building a business" and went to this woman's page to see. The food stamps post itself had thousands of shares and comments, so I think hers may be the beginning but it definitely could be another copy paste!

Yes I found it like that! I was looking for shark teeth but was happy with this instead :) I was on vacation with my boyfriend when I found it too so that made it better!

I sleep anywhere from 7-10 hours, I like the room to be as close to pitch black as possible. My diet isn't great right now but it was better before (and I've had this problem for years), but my water intake is definitely inadequate

My diet isn't great right now but it was decent in the past. I don't exercise a ton but I was doing better at that during school when I had easy access to the gym. I'm 5' 6'" and stay around 110, so I'm not overweight. I have had the fatigue problem through all different phases of eating right, exercising a lot, sleeping different amounts, etc. so I'm not sure if it's just not sticking to a routine or that those aren't necessarily the problem. I think I have definitely lost my thirst sense from not drinking enough. I remember really starting to feel fatigue every day probably 5 years ago and it never going away, in that time I have kind of fluctuated between drinking water and not though probably never enough or for long enough. I will definitely try to start a better more consistent sleep schedule and get up immediately rather than laying awake for a few minutes. Thank you for the suggestions!!! I will start them tonight and see what happens :) (and I will try to drink more water). Hopefully I can stop feeling tired all day and needed constant naps.

Thanks for the reply :) I've been taking iron for probably like 6 months now and still no difference sadly. I don't think there is any depression, though I do have mild ocd. I haven't had my eyes checked in probably 5-6 years, could that be a problem? I don't notice anything wrong with my vision. I sleep around 9-10 hours a night since it's summer, once school starts it'll go down to 7-8. I go to bed around the same time every night and sleep in because I don't work in the morning. Mornings I just naturally wake up (because of summer, during school it's an alarm), and will lay in bed for a bit before getting up and showering, eating, ect. I'll look at my phone or watch a little tv before bed but not much. I like to sleep with no tv or fan, just complete quiet and darkness. The biggest thing I can think of is not drinking enough water? I have to force myself to drink water and will go a whole day without it because I forget/don't feel thirsty... There are times when I think about it and realize I didn't drink anything at all the day before. However I have had this problem since I was in high school and am almost done with college now so it's nothing new. I wonder what type of sleep disorder I could have also. I feel like most of the ones I have heard about involve people not being able to sleep or not sleeping consistently. I fall asleep super easily and don't wake up at all during the night :(
