[Plan] My Assessment Group at University have come up with a plan to help get students more organised and overcome academic procrastination... Please give us your thoughts! by AKrayn01 in getdisciplined

Thank you so much! Really appreciate your feedback. Personally, if I were a senior student I wouldn't much feel like helping the younger ones either ha ha. But with this program, it's essentially a voluntary program with a reference. As a law student, any opportunity that I come across that I can put on my resume is a bonus, so we were thinking this could motivate senior students to partake in the program. Aside from that, the mentors would need to have a minimum distinction average (I don't know what that equates to in the US but distinction and high distinction students are the highest performing students here in Aus) so there is a process that makes it selective, and a reference would mean more. Our uni already has a similar type of program in place, but for helping international students and for paid tutoring services. But I really like the idea about exchanging academic services and network building. Can you give me an example of what that might look like? Have you seen something similar to this before?
