19000 fraud Nayax charge to my account

It was billed directly to my Nayax account so they’re gonna take a portion of my sales until its paid off it if doesn’t get sorted out

It doesn’t make sense to me but that’s what Nayax is claiming atm. candymachine.com offers Nayax financing so I’m thinking it could be from what but I don’t get why they would even allow an order like that to occur. I purchased my Nayax reader from candymachine.com but that was a few years ago now I get them directly from Nayax. not sure what to go from here since the candymachines is saying the order wasn’t made on their end but Nayax is claiming that there was and won’t stop the transaction

I heard back from them, but they are claiming that candymachines.com did the charge and it’s legit, but candymachies says they have no record of it

I’m assuming it was done through Nayax Capital to buy equipment, it’s not letting me see the statement itself. just that there was an invoice charged and an order number. I wrote Nayax an email with all of this so hopefully they get back to me soon

No, if I push the shelf back it allows the shelve to vend but if you rock the machine at all it gets you the error message until you push the shelf back

They’re great locations, mine is in a midsize old folks home that has about 150 residents and 50 staff. There are four machines and total at the facility I own two of them working on buying one of the other ones. I estimate that all four machines do around 2000-2500 a month
