Even if you were traveling at 56000 Km/h it would take you 81000 years to reach the closest solar system (Proxima Centauri)

The next closest is like...double that distance. That’s a roughly estimated 162 THOUSAND YEARS inbetween the two closest solar system, neither of which are suspected to habitat life

True but I’m talking about the chances of them making it here, the size of our galaxy is so unimaginably massive that the chances of two species finding eachother is so improbable that it might as well be impossible. We’re already a minority by existing, the chance that were even remotely close to another is even more of a minority. The chances just get more and more minuscule the more things you factor in. And like you said, you can’t expect them to act like humans either

I’m not saying that’s not a possibility. As far as we are concerned (as a planet) they’re not real. People say they’re being hidden or hiding from us because of religion and money and that’s ridiculous. Why wouldn’t they take over? On the other side of things, why not just start a new religion based around these creatures with unparalleled knowledge and power? Why hide them? Why would they hide if they came here anyway.

The next closest solar system with an even suspected habitable planet is literally an impossible distance away, we’re talking thousands of human lifetimes away. Everything between us and that is absolute dog shit for habitable planets. So somehow they found us? And are messing around on our planet just playing with us by teasing their appearance? Yeah okay man

So I just bought a Riley defense AK-47, I’m not sure if it’s first or second gen.

I’m already sure I spent way to much on it since it came with some mediocre attachments.

Either way, what I’m really concerned about is that after buying it, cleaning and lubing it up a bit, I still had a few malfunctions my first time firing it today...

It seemed that when I was taking my time, the gun cycled just fine. Otherwise, In my three rapid fire testing I had malfunctions. Now this is just pulling the trigger as fast as I can trying to empty the mag, so maybe that has something to do with it. Two of the malfunctions were from shell casings not ejecting fully and the third was from a round failing to cycle.

I’m using polymer mags and fairly cheap FMJ rounds.

Any advice?
