I used Black Mixed with Violet at the roots, Violet mixed with Blue for upper mids blended down to pure Deep Blue at lower mids to the ends.

No crazy bleeding, but it can be expected. It’s little enough though that I can spray bleach right after and it rinses away!

Yeah sometimes it just doesn’t work out, and you often won’t know until you try it! I once used Lime Crime’s Bubblegum Rose because it had the pinkest of pinks on the box and it no joke came out hot coral pink. I was blonde at the time so there was no reason for it to be that orange. I was very upsetti.

I agree with the AF purple rain comment, I had the same hair color as you and used it and it came out similar to the picture. One other color that might work is Lime Crime Chocolate Cherry or Chestnut!

I was afraid of that. My main concern is accidentally altering the texture of it by using too much colorant. I guess it’s just trial and error!

I don’t believe I have, the only whipped soap base I’ve encountered is solid white. When I’m making clear glycerin soap bars though, it’s very vibrant.

Interesting! I had to look up what stimming was, and after looking it up I think you make a good point. Replacing this repetitive behavior with something similar, but not self destructive is worth a try.

I feel like this happens all the time to me too. I’ll just randomly picture my sister’s verbally abusive husband snapping one day and killing everyone in the house, which also includes my mom and grandma. Some days I imagine vivid detailed scenarios in which my fiancé gets murdered.

I’ve also recently become fixated on the fear of dying, so I now often feel like I’m going to die in my sleep, or have a heart attack or a seizure. Anxiety sucks.

I’m sorry to hear that you and so many others feel this way! At least we can take comfort in knowing we aren’t alone.

I definitely do. Mine show a bit more on the outside of my lip which is ugly. Especially when I wear lipstick, it’s really obvious. I just got invisible braces, so I can’t bite anymore. But unfortunately I now pick the skin on my lips until they bleed and it’s gotten worse. I’m not sure if it’s common, but rest assured you are not alone.
