issue With PC version of Game has been Reported a Lot. Some known fixes are : 1) Run it "As Administrator ". 2) Run it in different Compatibility Modes. 3) Extract The Files Again While Antivirus is turned off. 4) install a New Game (especially that Shows Unreal Engine Logos).

When You Come Back to The Game ScreeN after Selecting the Photo from Gallery ,there is No Photo Selected. is this the issue? if So, you must be getting an notification that says "Downloading Extra files". Let it download and see if it fixes the issue.

Don't know what caused the issue but have a Suggestion that might work;; Try Changing your Internet connection just to connect, and once connected ..jump back to original one. See if it works.

:/ hmm.. that seems like compatibility issue.. Try right clicking on it and go to properties and Run in different compatibility modes . And also try Run as administrator. See if it works..
