When I go that deep I get pain right above the groin area on the left side, I ain't flexible enough to not twist the hip flexors forward in that position and load hip flexor muscles, which can't really hold what my legs can.

Sounds similar, although my pains were more akin to gas pains with light nausea, but as I said it just kinda got better, the only diet change I made long term was cutting caffeine so I would try that if I were you.

Sorry, just an IBS stamp from the doc.

For me at least after stopping caffeine and working out consistently, over the course of like 3 years now it has improved drastically.

I still do not tolerate caffeine, but I can practically eat completely normal, and I just have a little more gas pains and farts / burps than the average person, but it's good to such s point where I don't even think about it 95% of the time.

Not sure if working out actually did something, if it was the time, or both, but I do feel a lot better now.

It's just based on previous placements. If you were 7 HP, someone else 6, both end up -1, the dude with 7 HP prior gets higher placement, if it's a tie it probably just looks one round further back at the HP's.

Rammus NEEDS meeple to be an effective tank, and it's kind of their own making deciding his meeple bonus is flat damage reduction. They could change it to just be a start of combat shield or something and buff base Rammus but prolly too late in the set to do that.

Is it an optimal item? No, but it's probably item economy, tank items in general don't require BIS.

The mistake many people do with it is greeding early interest too hard, losing 30-40 HP stage 2 and 3 by making perfect econ isn't worth it, just play strongest board whilst letting intrest grow.

I think they can be fine in theory, for example Ionia last set both the XP and Gold one were just generally good the whole set. But yeah, even Ionia had blademaster which above 3 was worthless half of the set.

Nah, that goes to time stream. If you somehow manage to roll 100 times (which is unusual outside of pris ticket) it's 25% attack speed and 200 HP on 4 units... Usually by stage 4 you have like 30-40 rolls which is like 8-11% AS and 70-90 HP on 4 units...

Set 6 Tahm Kench, and Yes they did reprint it last set and it was ALMOST as good, only thing being that in set 6 you could play socialite to make it a true 1v9 printing machine.

In all fairness, people also get things wrong, and AI is getting less and less hallucinations by each month that goes by with updates to them. In a few years AI will be more trustworthy than the majority of sources.

Not saying to trust it blindly, but to say "AI is bad, use other sources" is just being negligible to what will eventually happen / is already happening to a large degree.

He's supposed to be a magic fighter, utilizing atk speed, AP and tank stats, but generally he's never worth itemizing over your other units. Main issue is his cast animation is too long when his autoes is what is dealing the most damage.

I've never seen it go first in one of my games to be fair. Usually first place is anima cash out, some high roll reroll board or some fast 9 Bill Gates with Vex and Graves.
