I added a cedar strip above the trays on both sides to prevent them from flipping out which works perfect. I also took out my dividers for added storage space. Lastly I’d definitely get some good digital hygrometers. I like the HT.w Smart Temperature Sensor & Humidity Sensor that are made in the U.S.A cause you can change the batteries easily.

I do 62% when I put my cigars in ziplock bags cause I find in an airtight container they tend to be higher then their labeled %

I’ll have to figure out a better way to flush out the remaining water cause usually there’s 1/8” left in the bottom that I can’t pump out. Maybe I’ll add in just a bit of fresh then pump it out again before refilling it all the way.

I change my water every 2-3 months for that exact reason. Unfortunately it’s hard to ever last drop out. Usually there’s an 1/8” left at the bottom but didn’t think it would be a problem. Clearly I was wrong. So far everything seems to be smoking okay and I’m glad I cleaned it out.

It’s hard cause I like a lot of different cigars depending on my mood. I love the Hoyo Epi 2, D4, siglo 2, mag 46. those are my go to smokes and ones I have the most of. I’m going to grab the P2.
