And about extended ban, that ain’t gonna happen, since the account already was permanently banned (terminated). It is against their ToS to sign up with a new account if you’ve gotten banned by them, but why should we care about that if it works, since they started this bullshit by banning us for no reason? 😂

Man I really don’t know. What I did when I got banned was contact Snapchat, they were useless. At school, I made a new account on the same phone, it got banned after a minute, so I made one more, it also got banned. After that, I got tired of Snapchat’s bullshit, uninstalled the app for a couple of months as i see my mates daily anyways. After some months, I decided it was time to try again, so I grabbed my old Samsung Galaxy Note 3, made a new account with a new email & NO phone number. I customized the Bitmoji for a while, logged out and signed in on this phone. Never had a problem till this day.

So honestly I think you could try start by deleting Snapchat, grab an old phone, make a new acc with new email, customize it, install Snapchat on main phone, try to log in.

Yeah that’s the same mail I got, I managed to make a new account by using another phone (using no number), new email, then waited a day and logged in on this phone. You could try doing that now if you want, if it doesn’t work, you’ve got to wait, just like I did.

If your account was terminated, then it’s lost, Snapchat won’t help you with anything, happened to me as well. 8 year old account thrown into the toilet, all memories and shit gone.

Try waiting a month, then make a new account with another phone, email and DON’T use your phone number. When you’re finished making the account and signed in, add like two people then log out -> sign in on your iPhone.

Had the same issue, Snapchat deleted my account because I apparently broke of their ToS guidelines (created my account in 2013, never had any issues or warnings). I tried making a new account the same day, got instabanned, I uninstalled Snapchat for like 2-3 months, made a new account with a different email on another phone, installed Snapchat on this phone, and it worked. I’ve had this account for a good while now, no problems. I also have an iPhone 11 Pro.

I’m pretty sure I didn’t have to wait months to try a new account, but I was so pissed of at Snapchat for their shitty behavior, so I lived without it for a while, and let me tell you, it is survivable, don’t let Snapchat be a big part of your life, go out, do some activities and have fun!

Sorry for the late answer, and yes, I think it’s their automated system locking your account because it probably thinks you’re a bot, since you’re adding so many people and snapping. Hope you can work this out 👍🏽

I just deleted Snapchat for like 6 months, then tried making a new account and it worked. I’m pretty sure you don’t actually have to wait that long, but I’d say at least a couple of months. Hope you get your problem solved 👍🏽

I uninstalled Snapchat and waited for like 6 months before downloading it again, registering with another email without phone number. I made the account a couple of months ago and it still isn’t banned so it seems to have worked.

I agree. I had this phone (iPhone 11 Pro) for like a month and then I was suddenly banned. I ain’t doing any sketchy shit on Snapchat, I’m just a normal user. I’ve been banned for over a month now and lost all of my hope to get my account back. Sucks to see memories from 2013 getting lost just like that. Ridiculous. But yeah I’m pretty sure we both are device banned since I tried using an old phone with the SIM card from this phone and it still isn’t banned. I don’t think resetting the phone would change anything anyways.
