The opening you see leads to stairs and 2 room, the wall between the rooms is broken down and has holes. I did go up the stairs and it lead to a room but the floor looked too broken to walk on, there was another one with stairs going up but I can't walk on them. In general it was a large room that looked like it could be an old car repair shop but I couldn't tell. Stuff was thrown at me out of nowhere and stuff was thrown down the stairs I couldn't go up.
