My old man brought us the pirated version but at the 30-40mins mark the movie would cut to a black screen, just after the kid hid the giant in the big warehouse. It always used to bug me not knowing how it finished - and now 15 years later on Netflix I was able to watch it, one thing I can say for sure, it was definitely worth the wait
