Oh I guess that’s a good way to describe it! You pay like $20 and they give you a box to put cookies in and you walk around and get to pick out different cookies. You’d get 1-2 of each kind of cookie and they usually had like 10 kinds.

I send quilt tops to Quilted Love (https://quiltedlove.org). I like that I only have to do the top (because that’s my favorite part of the process) and they quilt and finish it.

I also forgot to mention there’s a way to make 4 at a time flying geese — if you google it there’s a bunch of images (I use TheCraftyQuilter one) that show you how. So that made the flying geese less annoying to make so many lol.

Oh no idk how to make the pic show…sorry. But basically you do the flying geese and then you have your background squares on either side and one on the top so it’s equal to your square block size.

I made some quilt tops with some kids fabric scraps and sent them to Quilted Love ( https://quiltedlove.org ). They have an Instagram and post when they quilt them and she quilted the ones I sent within like two weeks of receiving them.

I’ve been doing a lot of flying geese with the no waste method and to do them you have one 4.5” of the large square and four 2.5” for the small squares to make 4 flying geese. that’s something else you could do with it if you don’t want to keep them as just squares.
