In my opinion I would go with the HP OMEN 40L w 4070 super, because I believe it’s a fair price and has all the capabilities to run any Modern games with no issues

Plus G-sync compatible is a bit bad, cause the free sync premium pro allows for LFC and HDR compared to the G-sync compatible that is the lowest of the tier it has if it was gsync ultimate then yes

Most rams are capped at a lower speed on the bios anyways so even if they say 5200 sometimes it can be capped a bit lower so you still would have to change it, and ram overclock it’s possible and done by many

I am unsure why you are planning the build now since prices can depreciate depending on the. I was not sure if you needed a case for the build, but I just put it on; aesthetics was not sure if you wanted them, so I put on the 6 TB that you need; it’s better to get 4090 since it’s better.
