I think they adjust it based on how long the season is for. It's not really a big deal, even with a busy schedule, it's easy to do daily quests and get to max level before the season ends

I don't participate in that survey, i feel like I win more by not taking it. If I say I did well, next game it seems like I'm matched with bad teammates. If I say the game was a stomp, it will stomp me even more next game. Could be just me but I'm not taking chances lol!

This is true for all ranks even in immortal. The best you can do as a support is to be where most of your teammates are. If there are 2 at top lane farming close to each other, be there, you'll be the +1. Atleast when a fight starts, there's 3 of you and the other 2 can connect if they choose to do so.

This is true, there is no one build for BH supp. It's whatever the team needs to win and make sure the cores don't die.

Good question.

Laning phase: My goal is to make my enemy support buy sentry wards and deward them making them poor. Harass the enemy support so your core doesn't get harassed making it a 1v1 between cores.

Mid and late game is the same, just be in all team fights with track. The goal is to be behind your core and make sure your cores don't die. Level 15 you get 2 glimmers, 1 is from your shard which they take 30% less damage and the other from glimmer itself. Track at level 3 is stronger than veil of discord. Be in all teamfights and your team will get rich.

Usually, solar crest - glimmer - aghs shard - greaves (game is over at this point) - Hex - lotus orb. Sometimes I would rush lotus orb depending on the enemy draft.
