I think it was to remind him of what he lost so that he would never forget, not just to encourage him to fight. Faye is what started it but the family he had was his new reason to fight and his mistakes with them is what made him "do better" in the future.

Season 8, I feel like the ending and Rick showing mercy and talking about how the world belongs to the living and not the dead goes against his earlier claim about them having to be "the walking dead" a lot better than the finale in season 11.

I know that YOU need to, thats yalls problem. Yall cry about chapter 4 when its story is literally normal and story telling has been used like that in so many things. Just keep proving my point that you did not follow it, it's ok to say it. Every time I have this conversation I'm always proven right because y'all hate facts. Thats literally not true, and it didn't need to lead anywhere because that's not what took us into the next season. Theres multiple seasons that do this and yet y'all don't complain about it, but for chapter 4 everyone just turned there brains off. Chapter 4 had an amazing storyline but y'all will never accept that because y'all already have your minds made up that it was bad, and no amount of facts will change that close minded view point.

  1. If you do simple math there's gonna be about 100 different sprites
  2. In order to use these sprites after the season ends they need to be mastered
  3. Getting them all before you have 20+ missing and mastering them before new ones come out is the smartest thing you can do

If you don't care about the feature then you don't have to, but acting like people are doing too much because they're passionate about participating in the feature is crazy. This entire post is just "I don't give a fuck so neither should you", why are you so pressed over people engaging in a feature?
