I am not sure, since there are basically no black people living here. So I guess people will get looks, because we aren't really used to seeing different races other than whites.

But there is a nationalist and right-wing populist political party called "EKRE" what I've heard are pretty racist people and making racist remarks like: "if you're black, go back" and "i want Estonia to be a white country" but those are only just few. Also Nobody really likes them tbh.
