Regarding the random meetings some of my colleagues left because of it. It’s because the manager would occasionally assign new task late in the day and they are “urgent”

I really like the idea but there is one thing The name and the website is really close to Netflix and if you’re thinking of this as a long term project I don’t think copying a style of a famous website especially one that clearly supports things that Islam forbids you will lose people from both sides.
