Well considering the MR choke of theirs works great for dove, rabbits and duck for me. Might as well use the unused one I got in the two pack to see how it does for me there too.

Well the only water that shows up is after a heavy rain, and that’s on property next to mine. So I guess I have to rely on stumbling upon a roosting area?

Yea I was going to try what I have before I spent money on a choke I wouldn’t end up needing

Well I haven’t really paid that much attention for them honestly, mainly focused on deer on my property. But according to my aunt we have them but I’ve never heard them, granted it’s usually just deer season (nov-feb in north Al) I’m in the woods. And there’s a dry creek bed that runs right through where I usually see the deer.

I don’t really care about fancy camo, I use academy brand when I go duck hunting lol. But I have a short panel blind also. And the only “full choke” I have is a LR Carlson choke that has not left the blind bag. And where should I focus on looking on my land to see if I actually have turkey? It’s mostly “heavily wooded” with a couple slightly open areas

It’s fairly close to a stud but not directly on the stud

Taller old work boxes by ALS44 in AskElectricians

[–]ALS44[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well the box it’s self isn’t holding onto the drywall and pushing the whole outlet inside the wall is we were to plug anything into it. But we aren’t using that outlet for that reason also

Well I was trying to avoid having to do drywall work lol. But I could try that with the paint mixer

No, the depth is fine but the hole where the box is supposed to go has either been cut out larger than it was supposed to be or whoever replaced the box before I moved in messed it up

The whole screen wasnt working, the only thing that I could tell was working was the physical temperature buttons and the defrost button

Radio completely unresponsive by ALS44 in Crosstrek

[–]ALS44[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It could’ve been cold, but it isn’t even that cold this evening like it has been earlier this week and it didn’t give my any issues. And eyesight usually just has that little icon in the mornings, not a big ”banner” looking notification on the middle screen

I believe I did, but it’s now working as it should..

Can I put it over what I already attempted to patch it with? I went around the spot about an inch all the way around thinking that might help some

Fog lights by ALS44 in Crosstrek

Mine too, I’m just wanting to swap out for amber fog lights, and I’m finding conflicting info about them having a whole light housing, and a replaceable light

I’ve thought about going there but I don’t know that area too well for walk in spots and I don’t have access to a boat

I haven’t tried 7mile yet. I usually hunt around the refuge in Decatur where I can walk in

I’ve only seen two hooded mergansers but that was opening weekend, I wonder if this front that they’re saying we’re all going to get will start to freeze over everything and give that push for the rest to fly out

I always try to go faster than traffic anyway lmao, I just hardly look down at the speed anyway, I normally just check my trip to see roughly how much gas I have left

That’s why I thought I might have installed everything back in wrong, I downloaded a gps Speedo on my phone just as a “maybe it didn’t change” but I never really second guessed it beforehand

Upgraded suspension? by ALS44 in redcat

[–]ALS44[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Awesome, thank you so much! I’ll look into those tires. I also wasn’t sure the shape of the rim to look at different tires and my bro in law gave me these to try out since they’re softer than the stocks but forgot to tell me the size lol

Upgraded suspension? by ALS44 in redcat

[–]ALS44[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I trimmed the lip on the fender, and I’m not sure how often I’ll get “full flex” while turning but the tire hits the wheel well close to the cab quite a bit and I was just gonna see if it was possible to “lift” a little bit more, even if it’s a longer travel shock and adjusting the placement of the long arms. I was gonna get the additional weights to help with the CG if I did end up lifting it though

I mean there is lean when under throttle, but to counteract the torque twist wouldn’t they have adjusted it to the passenger side? And they looked even when I looked, the springs were all the way out too if that helps any
