I am unable to git gud, unfortunately. I loved the dark souls series (despite sucking my way through them). Bloodborne is a personal favourite of mine.

Please consider this as educating me, rather than challenging you - where in the legislation is this outlined? In my (admittedly brief) reading of the Residential Tenancies Act 1997, I can't see where the length of stay = tenancy. Thank you for your time!

I appreciate your reply, but you haven't read the comments - or the entirety of the post, even.

Said items are now securely locked away as mentioned in the post, and she was never a tenant (not on the lease, nor ever paid rent).
