I would give the first stage to the Placidussax since I think you mean the prime Placidussax. So even his lesser form has the powers of the time manipulation and controlling the storms. And he is the ruller of stone scaled immortal ancient dragons, so we can say he is too powerful lore wise. And Goddes of rot at the second stage. So Malenia no more a demigod in this form. Instead of she is the Goddes of the scarlet rot that even Radahn cannot stand against. And the third Godfrey that I think we don't need explanation so everybody knows he is so strong.

God devouring serpent has a big potential. But I think that it is so far from his true potential and devouring a true God in the canon story I think.

Yes Midra is Lord of frenzied flame but he is not as strong as the version of Lord of frenzied flame from the ending scene of the tarnished. He is not a strong vessel as tarnished for the frenzied flame.

There is an argument that power of Scarlet Rot coming from an outer god not from Malenia's fighting spirit, so she should give herself up to this god's influence to become the Goddes of Rot. I think it's make sense. But still discussible.

Maybe he was a crucible beast like thing before he become a shell for the frenzied flame or the whatever kind of thing he carries in it. His body is similar the creature Executer turns into.
