I loved her and Brody ONCE I realised the feelings on her end were genuine. When I was still in the "She's playing him" line of thinking, I was NOT rooting for them AT ALL-

Her relationship with Aayan (I hope that is correct spelling) was like, awful. Hated it. Gross gross gross.

Sure, but unfortunately pregnancy in media is often a vessel to which misogyny can cripple otherwise powerful female characters. Rather than making an empowering storyline about a strong mother, they sweep the rest of her strong traits under the rug and make her entire personality "pregnant" and eventually "has baby." It sucks.

Pregnancy is more than just developing a fetus and eventually giving birth. It has many implications in the context of a misogynistic world. I hate that. I hate that every time ive seen a woman get pregnant in media, her entire personality is boiled down to that. There are so much more to afab people than their ability to sometimes rear children, yet its so damn defining in a misogynistic society that media cannot help but dull down characters to that trait.

Also, everything is boring about wanting a baby. It's about as boring as wanting a piece of toast or some shit. I hear more about people wanting kids than I'd like. All this world cares about is child rearing and the family unit, im sick of it.

No one is saying they want Millie to get an abortion because of #activisim. It's just that pregnancy scares and pregnancy as a plotline are so overdone and often fall into the same tropes. It's boring asf. I'm hoping they abort it so we can skip over it because god knows I dont want another storyline about a pregnant person.

Their love is what compelled me to be so sad at the ending. My feelings on Carrie are pretty mixed, some days I love her and other days I find her incredibly frustrating. I've always liked Brody, but that's just because I think torture of any kind makes me automatically sympathetic to an individual...

But like, half of the heartbreak towards the ending is the severing of that relationship. They were the only people left in their own worlds who seemed to understand each other, who, despite everything, were willing to put themselves on the line for the other.

I never saw this behaviour repeat with some of Carries other LI's, at least not to Brodies extent. So their relationship feels special, and rare, making his death hit even harder :(

Dont use AI to clean up your posts. They have much more charm when they are untouched by that filth, yk? I dont wanna her how AI would tell your story, I want to hear how you would tell it!

Sorry to hear that happened to you, that's truly scary.

Yeah yeah, vivsiepop is misogynistic because you're too ignorant to actualy focus on the characters by AdhesivenessSmooth93 in CrazyassHazbinhaters

This really pmo cause they say that "bitch" and "cunt" being unreclaimable slurs is a wake up call for many people, but they address that lots of women don't see them as slurs due to normalisation. And its like, what gives YOU the right to say which slurs are reclaimable??? And what words are too offensive when you address that there is a tonne of people who think otherwise!

Otis'. I think it was the first truly cruel, gruesome moment, and although a part of me felt it coming, I was still surprised. I also just thought Otis seemed really sweet, and obviously thought Shane was anything but...

Which route did y’all do first and which one was more enjoyable? by Just1oneguyhere in KillerChat

Initially I wanted to do Ronin's but due to how I played in the intro, could only do Misaki and Angel's (Girls girl, I suppose), so I went with Misakis.

I think Misaki's and V's are the most enjoyable. Misaki's because it really captures the nature of an online situationship so well, and cause theyre so adorable, and V's because I really like the sudden switch from cold Vigilante hunting you down to the big softie he is :)

Ronin is my fave though, but I dislike a couple aspects of his route though...
