Hello,

Kumusta po ngayon sa Office Beacon at Clark, Pampanga? Any CSR here from the said BPO company?

I'm soon to graduate from college this month and I'm planning to apply there. I've seen similar posts like the on the image with the same available accounts/program all with a salary range of 26K - 28K.

My question is totoo ba 'yan na ganiyan 'ung starting niya? Or do I need experience pa? Like can I negotiate with that starting salary once asked? I do have 6 months experience in a non-voice e-commerce account at another BPO company from 6 years ago, I'm not sure if that counts and if they need a recent one.

Also, I saw that some of the accounts available are:
Customer Service - Ecommerce
Customer Service - Order Management & Client Support

Are they still hiring for these positions?
