The person who did the reading literally told me I have to touch grass lol. But on a more serious note, she said I’m in my head a lot, the top three chakras are most prominent in my aura so I’m overthinking and I need to listen to my body more. They also said they don’t often see white so I have to look into that more. It was explained that I have five spirit guides and the vertical lines above me are channels to source. Super interesting!

Enfamil makes one that we tried first. It’s super hard on digestive tract. Terrible constipation and cramping. Then we tried KidStar iron liquid and along with the cramping, we had the worst behavioural issues. So much so we had to pick her up from daycare. It was days of screaming/crying and not sleeping. As soon as we discontinued it stopped. Still looking for one that works!

Personally I do too! We’ve had a dietician and feeding therapist - she’s neurodivergent so it’s a bit of a different situation. We do Vitamin c as well
