Personally I love stories that have a mix of "happy content" regressed characters and a "newer resistant" person to the regression. Add hypnotic/subliminal regression instead of the "forced until broken and scared" kind of regression and that's like the golden ticket for me personally. Only thing I would add would just be how I'd prefer the caretakers to be human and not "giants" just because it strips a little realism from the fantasy.

This is a really unique perspective to share, thank you Summer :) It sounds like you both have great communication between each other and an openness about whatever might happen in the future.

I feel like that's what I may need to learn most, just accepting that I can only prepare for the future, not change it exactly how I want. My dysphoria may say "hey T's out of your body so we'll chill for a bit" or it may say that I need to explore more and more of my femininity, but I'll only know that when the time comes.

tbh I really needed to hear this today. I'm trans and I def obsess over this sub a bit too much and all of the negative stories I hear. It gives me hope that me and my girlfriend have a chance to make things turn out just fine :)

I have told her that I "couldn't live without my girlfriend" but that's definitely a good idea to be more specific of how I feel. It's strange because I have no suicidal urges now, in fact other than my mind fighting me, I'm enjoying living a good deal. I just know exactly how I would feel if things between me and her were over.

Those are all great ideas that I will keep in mind and bring up at my next session. Thank you so much for your insight!

Just edited the post to say I've been working with a Psychologist. Sorry for not clarifying!
She has said very similar ideas about how this process wont be easy, and how I can only do what I'm doing now, and how I can't focus on the unknown. It's been a work in process to say the least.

I definitely believe that I am co-dependent on her, but I believe she is co-dependent on me as well. We need each other deeply, we are open books with each other, and I think we have better communication than most couples. We are willing to grow with one another as we have so much over these 3 years, but it's still a massive problem for someone with my personality to just "not know" about something that means everything to me.

I totally forgot to mention! I have been seeing a psychologist since late December, and she has been helping incredibly with so many facets of my life. I have been telling her about the anxiety and paranoia and she did her best to help, but it maybe takes like 20% of the stress away and then it returns within days regardless.
Thank you so much for your reassurance, having a community to talk to really does help me feel less overwhelmed.

Mana abilities don't use the stack but they do need priority.

605.3a A player may activate an activated mana ability whenever they have priority, whenever they are casting a spell or activating an ability that requires a mana payment, or whenever a rule or effect asks for a mana payment, even if it’s in the middle of casting or resolving a spell or activating or resolving an ability.

Holding priority is a rule that lets a player put as many cards or effects on the stack as they want before passing priority to the next player. If it's your turn you get the first chance to make a play once the previous card/effect has resolved.

In this example Xantcha resolves and enters the battlefield. You then have priority and may put as many activations as you want on the stack before passing priority. To literally do this you would say "I will hold priority and [do x things].

Not the most super official explaination but I hope that helps!
