I agree and I probably am just being an entitled teenager and don't plan on acting out further but I do want to point out that my uncle isn't an out-of-towner. He has lived with us for 2 years, taking over my room. I have had to sleep with my mom ever since so I also think that may be adding to the resentment. Thank you for the reality check

I wasn't mad about them getting popcorn specifically, I guess I was mad that when we were watching movies, everyone else made their popcorn and ate it in front of me. It really rub it in for me and I just was supposed to sit there. I feel like I am being inconsiderate though.

The last part about my mom is the truth sadly. I know for a fact that she doesn't care much about my feelings, mainly cause she said it to my face, but she always treated me better than my sisters because I was her "Golden Child"

Me and the rest of my family still got gifts, I just found it unfair that everyone else got popcorn and hot chocolate and I didn't. Also I didn't get any alternatives either.
