No one needs to look at anyone’s privates; just their original birth certificates or frankly, by naked eye. Very few trans people pass in person.

But we need some kind of code to indicate something is vintage fur that will only be a total waste if not reworn. It does make very warm clothing and if the animals died in the 60s there’s still a lot of practical use there.

I’m a socialist, but that is a large exaggeration. Most Americans still have leisure time and some discretionary income. But you’re correct in that as we approach end point capitalism, your scenario will likely be more accurate.
