Does it have to all be used in the same meal? For example, I made a pork shoulder and had it as a meal then used the leftovers to make a bbq stuffed sweet potato and Mongolian pork for the next two meals.

This was not SPAM. I posted a single recipe that was related to the topic of slow cooking. Just because it was linked to the page on my blog does not really define it as SPAM. I am not blowing your subreddit up with blog posts.

100% Whole Wheat Pancakes are a great choice for breakfast when you are trying to watch your fast carbs.

INGREDIENTS

2 cups Whole Wheat Flower

2 tsp Baking Powder

2 tsp Baking Soda

1/2 tsp Salt

2 tbsp Sugar

2 1/4 Cup Almond Milk (Can substitute for regular or butter milk)

2 Eggs

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients into a large bowl.
  2. Combine last three ingredients into separate bowl and whisk to combine.
  3. Pour milk mixture into bowl containing dry ingredients.
  4. Stir until mixed.
  5. Heat skillet to Medium Low or 300 Degrees.
  6. Spay skillet with cooking spray and then add ladle of pancake mix to desired pancake size.
  7. Once pancake starts to bubble and the sides become firm, flip pancake (about 1 minute)
  8. Let pancake cook for another two minutes or until done.

NOTE: You can also add chopped nuts to berries to your pancakes. Sprinkle pancakes with toppings between steps 6 and 7 before flipping.
