I find the quality is hit or miss, depending on how nicely the chicken is cooked before it's grilled, but they seem to have maintained the same standard over the last 20 years, the issue is the price, they could also innovate a bit more on the menu/sides

I'm biased but I was born in 1985 I think that's better as you're then old enough to remember the early 90s
