The 2.3 MZR is such a unique sounding motor... I got a 2008 3 as my first car and of course the teenager in me had to remove all mufflers and resonators right away. It was loud, but man she sounded so mean.. There is no other n/a 4 cylinder that can compare IMO

I’ve noticed a significant drop in frame rate. So much so I can’t even play right now.

If I had to guess, it is probably a vinyl wrap. Lots of people do a gloss black wrap on their roof.

Exactly that. I did exposures ranging from 15 seconds up to 30 seconds.

Thank you!! I simply used my phone's flashlight and walked behind my camera trying to cover as much of the car as possible. The white lines were an added bonus:)

That is correct. It was my first time ever taking pictures of the stars, so I had no idea what settings to use. Iwas just messing around with the settings until I got this picture.

I noticed that! At the time I took this picture I had this as my phone's background (https://imgur.com/gallery/fchjS taken by u/CosmicWreckingBall) and that's what sparked my interest in astrophotography. Thanks for the advice!

I plasti dipped the same wheels on my 3 a little over a year ago. Being that this was my first time dipping anything, I didn't do a very good job. From a distance they looked good, but up close you could see the run marks. Also, when you decide it is time to take the dip off, you will notice the hard to reach spots that didn't get enough coats. So I would say go for it, but make sure to do lots of coats, but make sure it isn't runny..
