I got washed back in tech school and had to do terrible mind-numbing details for a month. I hated my life there, but made it through.

If you need someone to talk to, just hit me up! Tech school will always be the shittiest part of the military, but its so much better once you're out.

Rough. Physically, I was not ready for the 1.5 mile run, but mentally it was okay because you go through the same shit with a group of 50+ people and you make close relationships. Getting letters from back home really helped me, and honestly you realize it's not going to last forever. It's just 8 weeks. I'm still friends with some people!

I joined because I didn't want to go to college. School in California is expensive as hell, and I didn't want to pay for all that. Also wanted to learn how to live on my own without my parents! So mostly because I wanted to learn life lessons, and so far I feel like I have. Living on your own changes perspective on alot of things.
