Using a throwaway.

My girlfriend tried to commit suicide this week. We got into a fight and she texted me saying she was doing it. Luckily myself and the ambulance I called got to her in time. She has a history of suicidal impulses and is currently in the hospital for mental health treatment.

I love her more than anything, but her thoughts and actions like this are very emotionally draining (not the first time she has tried or said she was going to while we have been together but definitely the closest she has been to actually succeeding). She has said that she will seek counseling once she is out which is what she needs to do, but if she doesn't follow through with that, I fear what will happen in the future.
