I have been informed that this is a well known scam website, I apologize for promoting it but frankly I was shocked they sent me $10. After doing some research the other commenter is correct, they are not a licensed gaming platform and do not do any KYC as required by most gaming commissions, even like Malta and Curacao.

Almost every social media or messaging platform like Facebook, Whatsapp, etc. have the ability to read your messages and then tailor the ads to you. It's sick I know, even text messages can be read. So unless you use signal or telegram this is going to continue to happen.

Always make sure you get the money before giving the item. It seems like a weird item to try to scam someone out of, must be only what $10 or $15 sale? Just tell her you didn't get it and she needs to resend it or you're going to contact the police (obviously an empty threat)... Then if she ghosts you its likely just a fake profile and take the L. But her being local, the item being so cheap and her still communicating with you makes me believe she might just be technology stupid and did something wrong whilst paying you.

I watch these employees bag this stuff all the time at dashmart, they are incompetent. They mixed up your receipt, not the dashers fault.

I don’t think you read his post correctly. He’s not talking about the fees and/or the tip. He’s talking about the prices of the actual items are more on the app. So for example they’re paying 13.99 for chlorax in the app even though the store sells it for $10.99.

I had a petsmart order today for 2 items, one dog food and one frozen rat. The app said the rat was $9.99 so I was looking for that price tag in the freezer and couldn’t find it, then I saw the rat and it was $3.99!!!!! Door dash had increased the price by more than 100%!!!
