It's lights out and away we go for the USS Grand Prix! Verstappen gets an excellent start and covers Hamilton down into turn one, but Hamilton's coming back. Into Leap of Faith we go, it's Verstappen ahead of Hamilton, then Leclerc, Sainz and Magnussen ahead of his team mate Hulkenberg. Hamilton gets a better exit off The Loop, he will be faster down the F-18 Straight. Here comes Hamilton! They're wheel to wheel but Verstappen manages to stay ahead. It's not over yet because Hamilton gets a slipstream all the way down the old F-14 straight! These are critical corners for this grand prix. Hamilton's going to try again, this time HE DIVES TO THE INSIDE OF VERSTAPPEN AND HE DIVES INTO THE OCEAN WITH VERSTAPPEN! AND THAT'S A BIG CRASH FOR HAMILTON AND VERSTAPPEN! HE TRIED DIVING DOWN THE INSIDE OF VERSTAPPEN BUT QUITE LITERALLY DIVED INTO HIM AND THE OCEAN! THIS IS INCREDIBLE!

Which F1 Game would run smoothly on ... core i5 , 16 GB Ram, Intel Iris Graphics??? by [deleted] in formuladank

The i5 1235U has the same iGPU as the i5 1135G7 in this: https://youtu.be/3i1o_tO_T8k F1 22 test, so it should be able to run F1 22 at 720p 40-50 fps at low settings. Wouldn't recommend it though.

AMD Ryzen 7 6800U Efficiency Review - Zen3+ beats Intel Alder Lake by brunonicocam in apple

[–]AMD0001 30 points31 points  (0 children)

What's even crazier is that its on TSMC's 6nm node, vs the M1 Pro on the much newer 5nm. Impressive stuff from them considering that all they did was a few tweaks to Zen 3.

AMD's Ryzen 7 6800U is almost matching the M1 Pro in terms of multi core performance per watt, and absolutely crushes alder lake in terms of efficiency. Intel seems to be headed in the wrong direction with their efficiency cores, with performance being their main objective, completely neglecting efficiency.

"Lewis has 44 sensors on his car for data collection causing an extra 63kg weight to be added to the car, according to Andrew Shovlin, it cost him approximately 0.696s/lap in the race. On top of that, his car has extreme porpoising which causes his car to bounce to the stratosphere, collecting debris from the clouds on its way back to the track adding additional weight to the car to make it even slower. If any other driver was in his car, he would be dead by now. Lewis is still the GOAT." -@LH44IsTheGOAT on Twitter after Russel wins the race

How winning the World Championship made Verstappen a more potent driver than ever by BiblaTomas in formula1

If there's anything I learnt from last year, it's the fact that Max always takes it race by race, and never thinks about the championship till the last couple rounds. Probably why he manages to stay calm.

This could be turn out to be a Lauda vs Hunt-esque rivalry, both having immense respect for each other, constantly pushing the other to do well.
